Hoon Lim graduated from Le Cordon Bleu-Sookmyung Academy in 2015 with the Diplôme de Boulangerie and is currently the chef and owner of FüHAHA, Café Maupassant, Rum & Vanilla Cannelé and Robot Gimbab. Hoon Lim is also a patent holder of salted cream, designated by SBS Master of Living.
