Hywel Griffith

Hywel Griffith is a welsh chef from Bethesda, Gwynedd. He trained at Bangor's Coleg Menai in Bangor, and during his career has worked at the Lanesborough in London,Ynyshir Hall, near Machynlleth and as head chef at Paul Heathcote's Longridge restaurant. His own restaurant, Beach House, opened in Oxwich in 2016 and holds a Michelin star.
