Of Venezuelan origin, Imalaya Rincón has lived in Spain for more than 10 years. She began her journey in the world of cuisine by completing degrees in Cuisine at the Hotel Escuela Santa Cruz in Tenerife, combining her studies with work in restaurants, hotels and catering. In 2018 Rincón began her studies of Spanish cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu Madrid, which was in her own words “one of the most enriching experiences of my life both professionally and personally.” After finishing her studies, she worked at the two Michelin-star restaurant Coque, observing the world of haute cuisine more closely. After this experience, she joined the production team at Le Cordon Bleu Madrid, where she was increasingly convinced that she was in the right place.
