James Kidman

James Kidman came to notice as Head Chef of Sydney’s Otto restaurant in the early 2000s. He may not be Italian, but in the kitchen he thinks like one as he showed during his 8 years running the kitchen of this iconic waterfront restaurant. He left Otto in 2015 for an equally enviable view, as Executive chef of Cafe Sydney in historic Customs House overlooking Sydney’s Circular Quay. In early 2022, James moved to boutique hotel QT Sydney in Market Street.
