John Burton-Race

John William Burton-Race is a British Michelin starred chef, television personality and celebrity chef, whose TV appearances have included e Channel 4 series French Leave and its sequel Return of the Chef. He worked at restaurants including Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons before opening his own restaurant, L'Ortolan, in Berkshire in 1986. In 2000 he took over The Landmark London hotel, winning two Michelin stars. [Wikipedia]
