Jorge Lamport is a chef from Guatemala who fell in love with food at a very early age. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu (Grand Diplôme®, 1995) he opened Camille, a restaurant where his menu is inspired by his time spent in France. He uses local ingredients and his joy for cooking became a passion for teaching future generations of professionals. Lamport was a coach for team Guatemala Bocuse D’Or in 2011, 2013 and 2015.
