Judy Jackson

Judy Jackson was originally a translator before starting a small catering business.This led to her giving cookery classes and the publication of the first of many cookbooks. She went on to write two novels and a memoir, but continued writing about food in the form of a food blog, The Armchair Kitchen, which has over 3,000 posts. Now she also has a video channel (YouTube: Kitchen Games).
