Le Cordon Bleu opened its doors in Rio in 2018 at a time when Karina Schneider wished to explore new challenges in her life. After a lifetime of loving to bake, she decided to improve her skills and studied pâtisserie at Le Cordon Bleu which gave her the opportunity to meet various chefs who continue to inspire her each day in her career within the industry.
