Chef Kennardo Holder is a world renown Executive Chef who spent the last 2 decades working for iconic brands such as The Ritz Carlton, Luxury Collection Hotels and Renaissance Hotels. A native of Montego Bay, Jamaica, Chef Holder began his career in 2000 at The Ritz-Carlton Rose Hall Golf & Spa in Jamaica as Chef De Partie for four years. A veteran of Ritz-Carlton hotels, Holder worked for three years at The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain Hotel as a Sous Chef, two years at The Abaco Club, a Ritz-Carlton managed club in The Bahamas as Chef De Cuisine, and two years at The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain Hotel as Executive Sous Chef. He went on to lead the Ritz Carlton New York, Westchester as Executive Chef for over five years where his stellar results earn him top honors with the company before moving to the Charlotte area where he lead his team as Executive Chef including most recently the Renaissance Charlotte, South Park. Equally important is the Launch of the Brand, Kennardo’s Kitchen LLC. A Private Catering and Gourmet Meal Prep business where the focus is on direct client relations in creating unique dining experiences through a variety of services including Healthy Nutritious Meals, Intimate Dining and Exclusive Private Catering. Chef Kennardo was instrumental and driving Food and Beverage guest engagement score in the top ranks within his tenure throughout the Marriott International Organization. Holder is a member of the American Culinary Federation, the Bahrain Red Crescent and the Chef Congress of America. He received Middle East Magazine's 'True Human Asset' award in 2005. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Phoenix and a diploma in Food and Beverage Management from the American Hotel Lodging & Educational Institute.
