After graduating with the Cuisine Diploma at Le Cordon Bleu-Sookmyung Academy, Lena Jung opened a cooking studio called Lena’s Table in the Gangnam area of Seoul and Jejuisland. She actively works in the field of recipe development and brand consulting.
Jung also heads up the menu direction and styling at Kitchen of Haenyeo focusing on showcasing fresh ingredients hand-picked by Haenyeo, the female divers of Jeju island who harvest molluscs, seaweed, and other sea life from the ocean. In 2018, she launched her own YouTube channel Lena’s Table and wrote the book Eat at Home: Western Dining.
