Linda Wang graduated with a Grand Diplôme® from Le Cordon Bleu from Le Cordon Bleu Sydney several years ago. In 2009, she founded Mr Choi which currently has 7 shops in China. Wang continues to commit to regular training and has gone on to complete the Thai Culinary Diploma at Le Cordon Bleu Bangkok, as well as the Boulangerie and Japanese Gastronomy programmes at the Le Cordon Bleu Tokyo campus.
