Makiko Miyoshi honed her culinary skills at Le Cordon Bleu Paris before returning to Japan. She studied table coordinating under the late Mrs. Emi Futagi, then used these new-found skills to launch her own cooking salon called Table d’Or which focuses on co-ordinating and catering for weddings, major corporate receptions and private functions. As Executive Director of Table d’Or with over 15 years of commercial culinary experience, Miyoshiu also enjoys consulting on the interior design of restaurants.
