Patricia Lombardi

Patricia Lombardi’s culinary journey began in 2006 when she discovered her passion for gastronomy preparing lunches in Minas Gerais. During her academic training at Estácio University, she had the opportunity to complete a gastronomy course at the Apicius International School of Hospitality in Florence where she visited local businesses and explored local products. Soon after graduating and completing an internship at various hotels and restaurants, Lombardi relocated to Paris where she studied at Le Cordon Bleu and graduated with a Grand Diplôme®. Throughout her training in Paris, she discovered an affinity with the production of sweets and while still in France, worked with Pierre Hermé, which offered excellent learning opportunities. After returning to Brazil, she launched her own business in 2011, Le P ́tit Café, where she uses her knowledge of French pâtisserie which she executes with a ‘homey touch’.
