Chris Taylor and Paul Arguin are doctors by day and pie contest winners by weekend. While trained as scientists, they direct their creative energies to baking and have won more than 600 awards for their baking, including Best of Show in the National Pie Championships. They are the authors of an amazing new cookbook called The New Pie: Modern Techniques for the Classic American Dessert filled with exciting new flavors and novel techniques that will help you make all of your pies better. They live in Atlanta, Georgia.
