Paula Mendez

Paula Mendez graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris in 1994 in Cuisine and Pastry. Five years later, she returned to London, to complete the Grand Diplôme®. She has worked and lived in London, New York, Lebanon, Singapore and Australia and travelled around the globe exploring new flavours and food culture. Throughout her career, Mendez has had the opportunity to work with Beatriz Chomnalez, Francis Mallmann, Emile Tabourdiau, Gérard Mulot, Jean Georges and Daniel Boulud. She has conducted three television programmes for a regional cable network in Argentina and worked as a chef in two trendy French restaurants in Buenos Aires. In 2010, she moved to San Antonio de Areco, a small rural town known for its horses and gauchos, where she shares Argentinean traditional dishes with tourists from all over the world.
