Sang-Wha Lee graduated from Le Cordon Bleu-Sookmyung Academy with a Diplôme de Pâtisserie in 2014. Soon after, she launched Pas à Pas Baking Studio and has worked as a pastry instructor at Academy of Shinsegae Department Store, Main store & Yeongdeungpo. She hosts pastry lectures around the world, including Dubai, Singapore, Indonesia, China, Malaysia and Hong Kong. Lee has collaborated on projects with Chef Guillaume Mabilleau (MOF) and Chef Frank Haasnoot in the past, and has established ambassadorial relationships with brands such as Valrhona, Kenwood and Cacao Barry.
