Sara Lewis has been a professional food stylist and home economist for over 25 years. She started her publishing career working on various magazines such as ‘Woman’, ‘Home and Freezer Digest’, ‘Family Circle’ and ‘Practical Parenting’, before the birth of her first child when she decided to become a freelance cookery writer.
She is now a well-established and respected author with over 90 different book editions, that are translated into numerous languages and sold across the world. Sara is best known for a series of books on slow cooking but has written books on such diverse subjects as bread making, ice cream, freezing, gluten free, children’s cooking, soups, juices and salads. She has collaborated with the Royal Marsden Hospital, Age Concern, The National Trust, British Heart Foundation and the Women’s Institute. Many of Sara’s books have appeared in the Amazon top 100 best sellers in their category whilst at the height of their sales.
Sara continually originates, develops and writes creative, inspirational and photogenic recipes that are all thoroughly tested to ensure good reader feedback for promotional purposes, magazines and books. She is at ease styling her own recipes or that of other authors or happy to work alongside celebrity authors.
