Shlomi Ziv was born in Israel and moved to the UK with his family ten years ago. He has been drawn to food all his life, thanks to growing up in a foodie family. Eight years ago, he started working in a professional kitchen and hasn’t looked back since. He loves creating new dishes, but his true passion is pastry. Whether he’s whipping up a classic treat or experimenting with new flavours, he always aims to bring joy with every bite. His approach is light-hearted and friendly, and he hopes his creations bring a smile to your face!
