Australian-born Sue Quinn is a full-time cookery writer and journalist. She was strongly influenced by the cooking of the Italian, Greek, Lebanese and other migrant communities of multi-cultural Sydney, where she was born and raised. A former national newspaper journalist and foreign correspondent, she has also drawn on her extensive travels to write numerous cookery books. Sue lives by the sea in Dorset with her husband and two children, who all share her love of making the most of the area's glorious fresh produce.
