Susan Westmoreland

Susan Westmoreland is a food writer, editor and recipe developer. As Good Housekeeping’s food director for over twenty years, she revitalized the legendary brand, bringing its traditional approach to cooking into the twenty-first-century kitchen and creating a library of books and videos. Westmoreland has shared her expertise and deliciously sensible approach to food and family on Today, Good Morning America, Food Network, All Things Considered and more. She is a member of the Kitchen Cabinet at Smithsonian Museum of American History and served on the Board of Directors of Les Dames d’Escoffier New York.
