After a few years of working in computer science, Vaibhav Vishen decided to make a career change and honour his passion of culinary arts. He kicked off with a yearlong internship in New Delhi before attending Le Cordon Bleu in New Zealand to study a Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts. Vishen worked as a sous chef at a fast-paced Mr. Go’s in Wellington before moving on to one of the Hilton properties in Wellington where he is currently Head Chef.
