Yanir Mrejen

Yanir Mrejen is a remarkable, imaginative chef who has worked in the world’s leading restaurants alongside famous chefs such as Gordon Ramsay. He helped to launch the Glatt Kosher meat and fish restaurant Novellino Bistro in London and works closely with the Brighton & Hove Jewish Community Centre (BNJC). He lives in Brighton and Hove with his family.
