Yen Vo

Yen Vo is a Vietnamese-American restaurateur based in New York City. Together with her husband, chef Jimmy Ly, she co-founded Madame Vo in 2017. Raised in the American South after her family emigrated from Vietnam, Vo cites the influence of her family's cooking traditions on the menu at her restaurants. She oversees the front-of-house and beverage programs for the couple's restaurant group while Ly leads the kitchens.
