Youngra Lee completed her Diplôme de Cuisine from Le Cordon Bleu Sookmyung Academy in 2013. She joined the cuisine team at The Oyster Bar Seoul for a year before opening her own French bistro called Prep. In 2018, after completing training at Ledoyen and Pierre Sang in Paris, she moved on to become the Executive Chef of Urban Delight Group – a position she still holds today.
