Yu-Young Lee graduated in 2012 from Le Cordon Bleu-Sookmyung Academy with the Diplôme de Pâtisserie. Prior to that, she had secured national certifications in pastry and bakery. In addition, she graduated with a pastry diploma from Nakamura Culinary School in 2016. Lee has gone on to open her own baking studio, Atelier Romantique.
