Yurii Pryiemskyi

Yurii Pryiemskyi dreamed of becoming a football player but soon found that his real passion was to cook. He trained in Italy at the Teppanyaki restaurant Benihana, and later also in London He returned to Ukraine to develop his own cooking style using local ingredients and building on Ukraine's cuisine and became chef patron at Hey Guys bistro in Kyiv. “We have a very rich cuisine in Ukraine and we should embrace the garden of our land.” During the conflict with Russia, Yurii has been using his culinary skills to cook for refugees in Lviv, and also helping the Ukrainian army to develop its catering.
