Egg white 110 gm
Icecing sugar 300 gm
Almond flour 300 gm

* make a pest make sure it’s not be dry so for that make meringue first then make this pest and mix well in meringue by cut fold method .

For meringue

Sugar 300 gm
Water 75 gm
Egg white 110 gm

*sugar syrup boil till it’s reach 118’c

Baking temperature- 275F for 15 minutes.
