Chef Christophe Megel’s 30-year culinary career has included working in top restaurants with Alain Ducasse, before coming to Singapore to act as the Executive Chef at The Ritz-Carlton. Chef Megel is currently the Director of Bar-Roque Grill, the Founder and Director of A-Munition Pte Ltd, the Executive Director of Q-Industries & Trade Pte Ltd, and the Co-Founder of CLIMB Academy. His book “Asian Tapas: Small Bites, Big Flavours” won the Asian Cuisine title at the Gourmand World Media Awards in 2006.
