Elly McCausland

Elly McCausland is a food writer, tea addict, traveller and keen gardener. Her writing has won, or been nominated for, several Guild of Food Writers awards, and the Fortnum & Mason Food and Drink Awards. She is currently living in Belgium and works as a senior lecturer in English Literature at Ghent University. Her debut cookbook, The Botanical Kitchen, won the Jane Grigson Trust Award in 2019.
