Jean-Christophe Novelli is a French celebrity chef who has authored several cookbooks including as Simply Novelli: Quick and Easy French Classics and Your Place or Mine? His television experiences include appearances on Hell's Kitchen, The X Factor: Battle of the Stars, The Apprentice: You're Fired! and Britain's Best Chef. Jean-Christophe's contributions to the culinary world were recognised with an MBE from Her Majesty the Queen for his charitable service.
