Jean Troisgros

Jean Troisgros (1926 – 1983) was a leading French chef. Together with his brother Pierre, he opened Les Frères Troisgros in 1953. The restaurant gained its first Michelin star in 1955, a second in 1965, and a third star in 1968 which it has retained since.
