Judith Jones

Judith Jones acquired Julia Child's 'Mastering the Art of French Cooking' for Knopf in 1960, and went on to act as editor for a string of successful culinary authors including James Beard, Marion Cunningham, Marcella Hazan, Madhur Jaffrey, Edna Lewis, Jacques Pépin, Claudia Roden and Lidia Bastianich.
