I am a dietitian based in South Africa. I have experience in both the hospital environment as well as in the private sector. I am passionate about cooking and about healthy food. I am also passionate about food that is delicious. I believe that food should not only provide good nutrition but that it should taste amazing too. My cookbooks are based on this philosophy and hope to debunk the myth that healthy food can't taste good. The recipes in my cookbooks are also easy to follow and easy to cook because let's face it, no-one has endless amounts of time to cook. Many of my clients have commented on the fact that the recipes in my cookbooks are delicious and that they are recipes that can be included in everyday cooking.
