Nico Ladenis

Nico Ladenis (1934–2023) was a Tanganyikan-born chef of Greek descent, best known for his restaurants in the UK. He won three Michelin stars and his restaurant Chez Nico was rated ten out of ten by the Good Food Guide. Nico dominated the London restaurant scene in the 1990s, and was an important mentor for many chefs including Marco Pierre White, Jason Atherton, Jeff Galvin, Steve Drake and Graham Garrett.
