Talya Lutzker is the founder of Talya’s Kitchen – an Ayurvedic lifestyle and nutrition hub. People come to Talya's Kitchen to be fed and nourished for the core of who they are. Talya helps women expand their energy through Ayurveda Every Day. She guides those who want to feel good towards better health habits, vitality, and personal nutrition.Her passion for health and food sparkles through her inspiring teaching style. Certified in Ayurveda since 2003, she is an Ayurvedic chef and yoga teacher, and the author of two books, one of which is The Ayurvedic Vegan Kitchen.
She studied Iyengar Yoga at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune, India and has practiced under the tutelage of senior and master Iyengar teachers Kofi Busia and Maya Lev. Talya holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies and Physical Activities from the University of California in Santa Barbara and is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute’s Leadership Program.
