My love for banana bread is strong, and while I usually partake of it in loaf form, I’m rather smitten with this cake version, complete with cream cheese buttercream. This banana cake is perfectly moist, and the tang in the icing is a perfect complement. Topping this cake with Fudge Buttercream would also be a good idea.
