Double Chocolate Cake

This cake is a riff on the recipe on the back of a can of Hershey’s cocoa (also called Black Magic Cake), famous for including one steaming hot cup of coffee poured into the batter right before baking. I have tweaked this variation to create a tender, moist chocolate cake coated in rich ganache.
