I love passion fruit and wanted to come up with a dessert that highlighted its bold, refreshing flavor while also taming some of its acidity. The sugar and heavy cream help balance out some bitter notes in the passion fruit while also bringing forward its unique sweet-and-sour flavor. This slice is perfect for hot summer afternoons.
1) Line a 9 by 4 in [23 by 10 cm] Pullman pan with a parchment sling.
