S’mores Bars

Ever since my youth, s’mores have been a disaster for me: overly burnt marshmallows, un-melted chocolate, and graham cracker pieces flying everywhere that first bite. I wanted to give you a s’mores bar that had a soft, toasty marshmallow filling, a rich, creamy chocolate top, and a manageable crunch. Here cream and marshmallows cook down and chill into a squidgy center for a nostalgic, but less messy, bite.
