I love a good chocolate bark: it’s simple but classy, and can be dressed up or down in so many ways. This version uses white chocolate and freeze-dried raspberry powder to make a quick, tasty treat.

Ingredients

  • 18 oz [510 g] semisweet chocolate, finely chopped

Method

1) Grease a 9 by 13 in [23 by 33 cm] baking pan and line with a parchment sling.

2) Place 10 oz [280 g] of the semisweet chocolate in a heatproof bowl and set it over a saucepan of barely simmering water (do not allow the bottom of the bowl to touch the water).
