Deviled EggsEasy

Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Scoop the yolks into a bowl and mash with a fork. Add the mayonnaise, relish (if using), mustard, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well until smooth. Spoon the mixture into the egg whites and sprinkle with the paprika, if using.
