If you have a habit of overcooking salmon, the air fryer is the perfect way to prepare it. This recipe is tried and true for no more dried-out fish! Choose thicker portions, not from the tail piece, which tend to be thinner. If you’d like to give another fish a try, arctic char makes for a great salmon substitute. For better flavor, opt for a mister of good-quality olive or grapeseed oil instead of regular cooking spray.
