  • About

Koftas are a type of meatball, often served on a skewer. Traditionally, they are made with lamb or a combination of beef and lamb, but this leaner turkey version will not leave you feeling cheated. Serve them with tzatziki sauce and a nice green salad.

Ingredients

  • ½ pound ground turkey
  • cup plain breadcrumbs
  • ¼ onion

Method

Preheat the air fryer to 320°F for 5 minutes.

In a large bowl, mix together the turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, cumin, and a large pinch of salt until well combined. Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and form into oval-shaped meatballs, 2½–3 inches x 1–1½ inches.
