Koftas are a type of meatball, often served on a skewer. Traditionally, they are made with lamb or a combination of beef and lamb, but this leaner turkey version will not leave you feeling cheated. Serve them with tzatziki sauce and a nice green salad.
In a large bowl, mix together the turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, cumin, and a large pinch of salt until well combined. Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and form into oval-shaped meatballs, 2½–3 inches x 1–1½ inches.
