If a trip to the Big Easy is not in the plans, take a short walk to the kitchen and whip up these delicious vegan skewers, sip Hurricanes, and let the good times roll! For extra-crispy tofu, set the block on a couple paper towels on a plate, cover with more paper towels and another plate or cutting board, and set something heavy on top, like a can or skillet. Leave for 30 minutes. The pressing removes excess moisture from the tofu.
