Stuffed mushrooms are seriously delicious, and you’ll want to make these for company. Have fun experimenting with fresh herbs from your summer garden too! For a different stuffing, try sliced basil mixed with mozzarella or herbed goat cheese and seasoned breadcrumbs. If you don’t have almond meal, blend a few almonds in your food processor. Just don’t grind them so fine that they become almond flour, which is too fine for this recipe and will become mushy.
