These super-easy little bites are terrific for a side dish—but they’re also great to enjoy with a crisp glass of vino on the back porch with friends. Make them ahead of time and simply reheat for a minute or two at 360°F to crisp up when company comes! If using frozen shrimp, thaw under cool running water before proceeding with the recipe.
