That’s right—chickpea, not chicken! Those picky eaters won’t know what hit them! Serve with your kids’ favorite dipping sauce. Many supermarkets carry riced veggies in their produce section, but they’re often pricey. Instead, pop a crown of broccoli into a food processor and pulse until the pieces are about the size of long-grain rice.
