Additionally

  • 24 stoned black olives
  • 24 Oven-dried Tomatoes or good quality sundried tomatoes with their oil
  • 2 buffalo mozzarella

Method

Mix all together, except for the mozzarella, and check the seasoning. Serve mounded in soup plates, but remember this is a starter, so not too big a portion. Grate the mozzarella over the vegetable salad. Serve with bruschetta if you insist.
