Method

Fill a pastry shell with 2 recipes Frangipane. Cook as for the other tarts, remembering to scatter liberally with almonds and icing sugar halfway through. Meanwhile, make the recipe for Baked Plums. Serve a slice of tart, a spoonful of the baked plums, and whipped cream or ice cream.
