  • ½ oz. gelatine
  • 2 tablesp. water
  • ½ pt.


Soak the gelatine in the water. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan over heat, stir until boiling, season to taste with salt and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Strain through a cloth or fine sieve.

Use for masking and decorating purposes.
